Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand sometimes certain pieces just don't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns within 14 days from the date the item was delivered to you.

 

How To Return

Submit a return application via our Return Portal.

We will send you an email with instructions on how to complete your return process within 1 business day.

Please note the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Customer Responsibility:

Both the cost of the return shipping and the state of the returned item(s) itself are your responsibility so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.

If you received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return it, we’ll refund the original order value plus the cost of your return shipping once the items have been inspected.

If the return is not related to quality issues, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

 

Specific Returns Conditions

When making returns, please bear in mind that:

Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, with tags attached and with the original packaging.

When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to refund the returned items. Bear in mind that we will not accept cash on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.

 

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchanges at this time. However, we are working hard to enable exchanges as soon as possible. Stay tuned.

 

Disclaimers

We will only accept returns to the address provided to you in your return confirmation email.

We will not accept any drop off returns. All returns must be mailed.

Only approved returns requests are accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the return requirements in our sole discretion.

 

NOTE:

Please make sure to contact Customer Service Team before you would like to make a return.

Please do not return the package back by yourself. Any returned items not based on previous communication will not be accepted.

Please be careful when trying on the clothes and since you are supposed to return them in the same condition as you just received them.

Please do not return your order to the address that is marked on the parcel. It is not our return address.
